flower power!
i took a little blogging break to spend some quality time with my newborn niece. she is absolutely precious...my family is so glad for her to be at home with her parents! i am back now and have been playing with my new sewing machine...above is a picture showing one of the applique stitches that it will sew. i used some fabric scraps i had to embellish a pink hoodie that i had in my closet. it's not quite finished...i think it needs a little something else!

Very pretty - I love it.
that is so sooo cute! what a fun idea to dress up a generic hoodie! (i have like 6 of them - i wear them all the time in the fall & winter!)
